Negative: We did not like the layout of the room. The bathroom sink is not in the bathroom, it is not separated from the bedroom. There is no privacy. ALSO: We had to go through a process to get the room that we requested. We were given a room with two double beds instead of a king bed. while I was processing this change at the front desk, the manager basically berated me for not having the Hilton HHonors app so I would be able to use the digital key to enter the new room and that it would be an hour before I could get a regular key. I explained to her that I was Hilton HHonors before there was an app, and there was never a problem getting into my room before. In the time it took me to download the app, look up my password, and find my member number, then find my digital key, they managed to produce a regular key.

Positive: Great breakfast, spacious room, kind staff, nice that the shuttle is included.
Negative: It was difficult to get the shuttle because we didn’t have balance/simcard and the free phones inside the airport didn’t work (pressing 3 for front desk disconnected the call).
